#1 You have 30 days to return an item from the date you ordered it.
#2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
#3 Your item must be in the original packaging.
#4 Contact us before sending back your item so that we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
#1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
#2 We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
#3 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
#4 All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend a carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS as it can be traced. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
